The Biddybuggy, also known as the Buggybud, is a kart available from the start in Mario Kart 8. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, this kart can be unlocked by earning a given number of coins.
Description[]
It's modeled after the Biddybud enemy debuting from Super Mario 3D Land. It has a pair of wing-shaped exhaust pipes that move when a boost mushroom's activated or when the vehicle runs over a boost panel.
Color schemes[]
It changes color depending on which character is using it, with 5 color schemes: red, green, yellow, pink and blue.

It offers good acceleration & handling, but bad speed, weight & traction. It shares its stats with the Landship and Mr. Scooty.
The CPU-controlled baby characters and Lakitu will occasionally use this body, often paired with the Standard tires, though Lakitu may also use the Monster tires with it.
