This kart is simply Rosalina's color scheme of the Birthday Girl from Mario Kart 7. It is classified as a Normal kart, and was introduced in the London Tour.
This kart has a light blue bow around it with a paper snowflake under it. This bow has white dots spread across it. This kart has small wheels that stick from little metal bars. This kart also has a black seat and wheel. This kart is in a semi-similar form of a shoe.
