Block City is a battle stage in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. This battle course has yet to appear in a recent Mario Kart game.
Layout[]
There are many short blocks with some of the primary colors and other weird colors. Although it is based on Block Fort from Mario Kart 64, players cannot go up ramps to the top of a block and cannot go on a bridge connecting one block to another. However, there is a gray and tan colored block that can be entered because there is a pathway cut through it. There is a hood over this block, sort of like saying it's a hiding spot. There is also a blocked part in one of the corners so that no one can get over to the next turn because the pathway on the next turn is higher than the pathway beside it.
Trivia![]
- This course was going to appear in Mario Kart DS, but was never finished for unknown reasons, but the stage still exists in the game's coding. In the final version of the game, Pipe Plaza appeared instead.
- This arena is based on Block Fort; said track also reappeared in Mario Kart DS.
- This arena and Block Fort is the basis for Block Plaza.
