Baby Peach driving past a Brolder, looks like she will not be getting crushed today!
Brolders are rolling rock creatures first appearing in Super Mario 3D World as enemies. They mainly attack by rolling into your heroes and are lead by the monstrous Boss Brolder. In the Mario Kart series, an endless supply of them are seen rolling down the hill at the end of Bowser's Castle in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Running into a Brolder will crush you (maybe not), knock you over, and cause you to lose some speed.
There is no way to destroy a Brodler without a Star, Bob-omb, Super Horn, or a Bullet Bill; however avoiding them is not particularly challenging.
Trivia![]
- In Super Mario 3D World, Brolders have eyes and arms; however, in the Mario Kart series, they do not. They appear to be tucked into their shell while rolling (which also happens whenever they are stomped on in Super Mario 3D World).
