The Bumble V (マッハクイーン Mahha Kuīn, Mach Queen) is a kart in the Mario Kart series, originating in Mario Kart 7 as an unlockable kart body. As its name implies, it takes the look of a bumblebee. It is Honey Queen's signature kart.
This kart also appears in Mario Kart Tour.
Description[]
The Bumble V's name is a pun on the word "bumblebee", which itself resembles a bee in some ways (though the stinger is in front of the vehicle, much like a Stingby, an enemy that debuted in Super Mario 3D Land).
The body is adorned with the respective yellow and dark brown stripes, headlights that resemble a bee's eyes, and a gray stinger at the front. There are also two wings on each side of the kart that resemble bee's wings, and two exhaust pipes at the rear. It also features honeycomb-shaped taillights, fitting the kart's overall theme, as well as a rotary engine that sounds like a buzzing bee. The character's emblems are located on both sides and the rear of the kart.

Mario Kart 7[]

The Bumble V makes its Mario Kart debut in this game, as an unlockable kart body. It offers a boost in Acceleration and Off-Road, but lowers Weight and Handling. It is tied with both the Barrel Train and the Bruiser for having the lowest handling of all kart bodies, but is tied with both the Birthday Girl and the Egg 1 for having the highest acceleration of all kart bodies. It also has the highest acceleration of any kart body without any negative effects on speed.
The Bumble V is also one of the only five karts to increase the off-road stats, with the other four being the Bolt Buggy, Cact-X, Pipe Frame, and Tiny Tug.
In terms of hidden stats, the Bumble V offers the highest Mini-Turbo boosts, sharing this trait with the Barrel Train and the Koopa Clown bodies. It also has a boost in Air Speed and Air Handling.
A CPU-controlled Honey Queen, Yoshi, Wario, and Wiggler use this kart along with either the Slick or Sponge tires and the Flower Glider.
