When certain things hit a car during the race in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, there is a chance that the rear character will get knocked off the back of the car that they and the driver are using, hanging onto the backside for a few seconds or until the car runs through a genuine Item Box. Such things that cause this go here. Note that the characters will drop whatever weaponry they were using when struck by these objects.
