The Cheep Charger is a kart appearing in the Mario Kart series, debuting in Mario Kart Wii as an unlockable Small kart. It takes the design of a Cheep-Cheep with wheels and the tailfin as the booster. It has impressive stats for a kart, but has troubling speed and is the lightest kart in the game.
This kart also appears in Mario Kart Tour.
Description[]
As its name implies, the Cheep Charger largely resembles a Cheep-Cheep, which is mechanical-powered and bears wheels, with its tailfin as the exhaust. To make it a kart, part of the Cheep Cheep's body is removed for the driver to sit on. The character's emblem is located on the sides of the kart.

Appearances[]
Mario Kart Wii[]
The Cheep Charger makes its Mario Kart debut in this game, as an unlockable kart for Small racers. It's one of three unlockable karts in the Small class along with the Tiny Titan and the Blue Falcon. During races, its wings move when a trick is performed. Its bike counterpart is the Quacker, since they are based on an aquatic creature and have similar stats, as well as being the lightest vehicle of each type, while its medium counterpart is the Classic Dragster.
In terms of its statistics, the Cheep Charger has rather low Speed, and low Weight, making it the lightest kart in the game, as well as tying with the Magikruiser and the Bullet Bike for the 4th lightest vehicle in the game, behind the Quacker, the Bit Bike, and the Standard Bike S. It has high stats everywhere else - especially Acceleration, which is the highest of all karts and the second highest of all vehicles, behind the Quacker - apart from Off-Road, which is above-average. Its stat total is 336.
Excluding weight, it shares its Speed and Mini-Turbo with the Daytripper, its Handling and Off-Road with the Wario Bike and its Drift with the Shooting Star and the Wild Wing.

- Several variants of the Cheep Charger resemble actual variants of the Cheep Cheep: Baby Mario's resembles the regular Cheep Cheep, Baby Luigi and Koopa Troopa's resembles the Deep Cheep (while the former's resembles it more), a Female Mii's resembles the Eep Cheep and Toadette's resembles the Spiny Cheep Cheep (without the spines).
- Baby Mario's and Baby Luigi's Cheep Charger are the only color schemes to reappear in Mario Kart Tour.
