Donut Plains 1 (ドーナツへいやコース 1) is the second track of the Mushroom Cup. This track makes a retro appearance in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as the second track of the Extra Mushroom Cup, in Mario Kart DS as the first track of Banana Cup, and in Mario Kart Tour as of the Hammer Bros. Tour.
This Donut Plains iteration is the easiest of the other three, featuring a simple layout with wide roads and a short bridge.
Layout[]
Super Mario Kart[]
This is the second course of the Mushroom Cup in Super Mario Kart. It is a round track with a bridge after the first turn. There is also a shortcut after the second turn. The track contains a section of bumpy road that slows karts down. There is actually a pond that you can fall into and the grass barely slows you down.
Mario Kart: Super Circuit[]
This track returns in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as the 2nd track in the Extra Mushroom Cup. The track is pretty much identical besides the backdrop is the same as Riverside Park.
Mario Kart DS[]
This track returns the first course in the Banana Cup.

Mario Kart Tour[]
This track returns in Mario Kart Tour as part of the Hammer Bro Tour. It first appears as the first course in the Hammer Bro Cup.
Shortcuts[]
- Using a speed-boosting item such as a Mushroom or a Starman, after the right turn past the bridge, one can go over the grass and through a hole in the wall, cutting off the curve.✱ for all games
