It is a High-End kart which is the signature kart for Daisy (Yukata), introduced in the Summer Festival Tour.
How to unlock[]
The Festival Girl is not regularly obtainable from pipes, and it is not currently part of the Daily Selects set. The following shows the kart's availability by tour.
