Heavy, (also known as Large in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and Mario Kart Wii), is a weight category in Mario Kart (series). It applies to both racers and vehicles and determines common stats for driving. Heavy karts tend to have better speed and weight, but have poor acceleration and off-road stats (a major disadvantage in 150 and 200cc).
