King Boo (Luigi's Mansion) is a high-end character and has been added with an update. His tour debut is the Halloween Tour (2019). The tour started on October 23, 2019. His kart size is large, the Special Item is the Bob-omb Cannon and his character traits are "crown" and "extended tongue". He is only tour-exclusive.

- He has alongside with Black Shy Guy, Mario (Happi), Wario (Hiker), Builder Toad, Peach (Explorer), Dry Bowser (Gold) and Bowser Jr. (Pirate) the Bob-omb Cannon as Special Item in Mario Kart Tour.
- Due to his role in Luigi's Mansion (combined with his differing appearance and personality to the usual King Boo and him being considered Pure Evil), it is widely speculated that this King Boo is actually separate to the mainline King Boo rather than just being a mere clone, this is especially apparent as in the official trailer for the game, Lakitu refers him as "King Boo from Luigi's Mansion", rather than referring to him as an alternate form like the other "clone" characters who have alternate outfits, which might suggest that this King Boo really is a separate entity.
