Mechanical Bowser

Mechanical Bowser is a gigantic robotic Bowser that can be found in Bowser's Castle in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! , Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It is an obstacle that spits out large fireballs that can spin-out (Mario Kart: Double Dash!!) or knock over (Mario Kart Wii) the player. The explosion of the fireball can blast the player into the air by throwing him/her upwards. The Wii version can be easily avoided by using the half-pipes in the room. It reappears in Mario Kart 8 but with a different appearance. It is much larger and is on fire. Instead of breathing fireballs, it punches the track, causing waves. In Mario Kart 8, there are also tiny Mechanical Bowsers at the start of the track that shoot lasers at laps 2 and 3. In Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it is now a huge Bowser Monument.
