The Para-Wing is Paratroopa's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It even resembles said character, and it is an unlockable lightweight kart in this game with low speed and weight but high acceleration.
This kart also appears in Mario Kart Tour.

The Para-Wing is the red variant of the Koopa Dasher, where the body and the tires are meant to resemble Paratroopa's shell. It even has wings like Paratroopa does!

The Para-Wing appears in this game as a lightweight kart, meaning it can only hold light racers. It has very low top speed like the Goo-Goo Buggy and the Toadette Kart, but it has very high acceleration. The kart shares the same weight as the Koopa Dasher, but is more prone to bouncing around.

Mario Kart Tour[]
The Para-Wing also appears in Mario Kart Tour, but unlike the Koopa Dasher, a normal kart in this game, the Para-Wing is classified as a Super kart. Surprisingly, Paratroopa does not appear in this game, but this kart does. It is probably the signature kart for Red Koopa (Freerunning), a similar character who is a driver in this game.
The Para-Wing has Jump Boost Plus, which increases the length of and the points earnt from Jump Boosts. It is equipped with the Koopa Dasher's tires. It received a variant known as the Party-Wing, which is a High-End kart in this game. This kart has Mini-Turbo Plus instead, and it is equipped with a special type of tires that is based on the kart's body.
