Peach's Bird (ピーチズバード) is an amazingly strong Special Item/bird found in the first two installments of the Mario Kart Arcade series. Belonging to Princess Peach and Peach alone, this feathered fury attacks enemy karts from either ahead or behind her. It hasn't appeared in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX.

As soon as Peach summons her pet from an Item Box, she can target a racer up ahead of her. If she happens to be in first place, it's not completely useless, as it can be dropped behind her for lagging enemies. Once someone is hit by Peach's Bird, they are thrown about in a violent attack, losing valuable time and possibly dropping more than 2-3 places.
Protection[]
You're gonna wanna put up a strong defense against this Special Item, but unfortunately, there's not much you can do in Mario Kart Arcade games. Unless you can some how stay out of her tracking scope, not tailgate her, or miraculously have a Starman/Shield/Reflective Shield, you are mere bird feed.
