This track has similar aesthetics to the Choco Island courses, as it is named after them. The course begins with a small straightaway featuring multiple Mini Ramps, which were also featured in the original course. Afterwards, you are sent 90 degrees to the left by a pretty tame turn, which then leads you into a small, medium, then large ramp, of which are in similar design to the ones found in the Excitebike Arena course from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. After all of that, you then proceed into a left U-turn which will then take you into more ramps of the same style, all before taking another U-turn, now directing you to the right. Moving forward, you then are sent into another set of ramps, which now have some Pipes scattered on them. After taking a 225 degree left turn, you then come to multiple optional small ramps (still in the same style) which have some Coins at the end of them, enticing you to take them for a better combo. Finally, there is one more left turn that takes you into some more Mini Ramps, all before you come to the Finish Line, and thus, the lap concludes.

There are multiple off-road areas you can blast through with a mushroom, learning the course will come in handy!
At the start, there is a Mini Ramp in the off-road just off to the left of the player. Use a mushroom or power item in order to take it.
Just before the turn to the finish, there is a big ramp in the middle of the off-road; use a mushroom or power item to skip the turn in order to pull ahead of your opponents!
