RMX Rainbow Road 2 is a track in Mario Kart Tour that made its debut in the New Year's 2021 Tour. Similar to RMX Rainbow Road 1, this course is based off the aesthetics of the Super Mario Kart version of Rainbow Road, though it includes a completely different layout and more modern Mario Kart features to help spice it up a bit.

This course has a same style visually to SNES Rainbow Road, though it has a different layout. Just after the start, you go off a ramp into a Rainbow Trampoline Mushroom, just like the ones seen in 3DS Rainbow Road. A little after that, you go down a small straight before taking a sharp right towards a split path, in which both paths sport a Rainbow Trampoline Mushroom. Afterwards, players will then reunite on the same road before taking a sharp right into yet another Rainbow Trampoline Mushroom. Once after bouncing, players are able to use an optional Dash Panel that is off to the right side of the road, taking it will grant you some Coins. You are then sent 90 degrees to the left, where you will go down a small straightaway before taking a sharp right towards a prolonged straight with two Super Thwomps shaking the path. Continuing on, you then take a sharp right up into a 30 degree incline, where a Dash Panel will send you bouncing down multiple consecutive Rainbow Trampoline Mushrooms. After bouncing your way down, you go through a moderately sized straightaway, where an optional Dash Panel just off to the right is present. Finally, you take a large right turn, which looks to be in the shape of a U-turn, that sends you to a ramp that leads you onto a Glider Trampoline Mushroom, where you glide your way towards the finish, just be sure to watch out for that Super Thwomp!
