The Duke

The Duke (マキシマム Makishimamu) is an unlockable bike in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Description[]

The Duke is a large purple scooter, and is similar to the Shooting Star bike in Mario Kart Wii. It glows in sync with the music, similar to the Badwagon. The bike is based for Waluigi.

How to unlock[]

To unlock The Duke, the player needs to collect a certain amount of Coins. The amount of coins required are always randomised.

Statistics[]

It offers no stats, meaning it gives no effect to the driver's performance. Its stats are identical with the Standard Kart, Cat Cruiser, 300 SL Roadster, Sneeker, Prancer, and Teddy Buggy.
