The Turbo Yoshi is Yoshi's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It is a middleweight kart and one of the default karts. The front is shaped like Yoshi's face.
The Turbo Yoshi also appears in Mario Kart Tour.
Description[]
The Turbo Yoshi resembles Yoshi, with his face at the front, along with his tail at the back. As it is a Double Dash kart, it has a metal bar behind the driver's seat for the rear character to hold onto. At the rear is two orange and round headlights and one exhaust pipe in between them. In Double Dash, it has red tires.

The Turbo Yoshi in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
The Turbo Yoshi is a mediumweight kart available by default, meaning that the Turbo Yoshi can only be used when there is no Heavyweight in the combo.
According to the stats, the Turbo Yoshi has low speed, but good acceleration, weight, and steering. It shares its stats with the Heart Coach, but is tied in weight with the Waluigi Racer and a smaller acceleration rate.
Despite the stats shown, in-game, the Turbo Yoshi shares the same acceleration rate with the Heart Coach. In addition, both karts have the slowest acceleration of all four-star acceleration karts, but have the highest top speed.

Mario Kart Tour[]
The Red Turbo Yoshi, the red variant of the Turbo Yoshi.
The Turbo Yoshi reappears in Mario kart Tour as of the game's release, where it is classified as a Super Kart. It has Jump Boost Plus, which increases the length of and the points earnt from Jump Boosts. It reuses its wheels from its original appearance, but the tires are now gray.
There are also multiple colors of the Turbo Yoshi for the different colors of Yoshi, which usually have a different bonus to the regular Turbo Yoshi.

It's quite a surprise to see the Turbo Yoshi in this spin off title, but it's called the Super Yoshi... The icon for the Fossil Fields course theme features this kart. Its design looks very similar to the Turbo Yoshi from Tour... apart from the camera, of course!
