Whistlestop Summit is a track that is to make its debut in the newest installment of the series, Mario Kart World, as the third course of the Mushroom Cup. Implied by its name, this course is themed around trains, that twist their way up a large mountain set in the mesa region.

- Though it does not appear in its respective game, this course is quite similar to N64 Kalimari Desert, from its theme, to even its setting.
